ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. Esparda does not ship on weekends or public holidays unless it is carried out by the third party shipping company/ agency in the interest of day to day business operational requirements

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.

All orders are reviewed by our Esparda’s team and in special circumstances , it may be cancelled by Esparda at any time due to business constraints and refund may be issued in maximum 5-7 working days . Once your order has been processed by our third party fulfilment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information mentioned in it.

Estimated Shipping delivery time 5-6 Business Days subject to unavoidable natural calamities and unforeseen business exigencies which are not in the control of the company..

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, Public  holidays, and markdown or sales peak periods.

PRE-ORDER POLICY:

Items marked as pre-order are expected to ship upon arrival at our third party  facility. All customers are charged at checkout for preordered items using the payment method provided from time to time  Once your order has been placed, we will be not  able to cancel or modify it.  In event of any questions, please contact our team at crew@esparda.in.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Esparda presently is offering shipping in the domestic regions which are in serviceable area by our third party shipping  partners . Please contact crew@esparda.in with any questions about domestic shipping.

Meanwhile we are not taking any international orders , however in future we aspire to be serve the  international orders based on company’s management  decision from time to time.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note that the Esparda Customer Service Team is not available on national and public holidays.

LOST PACKAGES:

Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Esparda is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed  to be of the third party courier company.
