ORDERS BEFORE DISPATCHING

Can I change my deliveryaddress?

If your parcel has not yet been packed in the warehouse, we may be able to change your delivery address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with the new address details. Unfortunately, we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

When will my order bedispatched?

We ship orders Monday to Saturday only, excluding national holidays. Orders are shipped within 2 working days of being received. You can expect delivery within 5 7 days of placing the order. For MADE-TO-ORDER items, allow 10–14 working days.

Can you expedite my product onpriority?

If you'd like to expedite your order, contact our support team. We’ll check with our logistics partner and update
you. Applies only to prepaid orders.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can cancel it and issue store credits for paid orders. Please contact our Customer Service Team. We’ll try our best but can’t guarantee cancellations.

I have ordered the wrong size;can I change this?

If not yet dispatched and the correct size is in stock, we can amend it. Contact Customer Service. Once dispatched, no changes are possible—but you may exchange unwanted items.

I haven't received aconfirmation email. Can you check this?

First check your spam folder. If still missing, or if your email was entered incorrectly, contact Customer Service for help.

ORDERS AFTER DISPATCHING

My order has arrived damaged.What do I do?

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be returned unwashed, with tags attached. Keep the original packaging for investigation. If the parcel was signed for as 'in good condition,' claims may be void.

My parcel arrived but ismissing an item. What do I do?

We apologize! Inform us within 24 hours. Keep all packaging. Lack of it may invalidate claims. If a 'safe place' was requested for delivery, Esparda is not liable for loss/damage.

I received the wrong item. Whatdo I do?

Notify Customer Service by writing to us at crew@esparda.in or What’s app at (XXXXXX) within 24 hours. Items must be returned in original condition, unwashed, tags attached. If not, we’ll return them at your expense.

I won’t be home to accept myorder. What should I do?

We advise delivering to an attended address. Couriers will retry 2 times before returning the package. To avoid RTO, email us so we can hold your shipment.

How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, we’ll email shipment details including AWB number and courier name for tracking. You can also email us at Esparda Support.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Can I exchange an item?

You have 5 days from delivery (online) or billing (in-store) to request an exchange via WhatsApp or email (Items must pass a quality check. We reserve the right to reject exchanges due to use/damage or missing tags.)

How long will it take to process my exchange?

We take 7–10 working days to send your replacement.

Can I return the product for a refund?

You can request the refund within 48 hours of delivery. The return shipping charges will be borne by the you. Please WhatsApp us for the return requests within 48 hours of receiving the order. Items must be returned in original condition, unwashed, tags attached. If not, we’ll return them at your expense.
